I'm putting together a list of useful market commentary. The REAL professionals are not solely TALKING THEIR BOOK or blindly accepting the pandering.
Always run what you hear and read through your 'does this make sense' filter. Financial journalism isn't the same as propaganda or salesmanship.
Jeremy Grantham. You have to register on the GMO web site.
Jeff Saut, chief strategist Raymond James. They don't pay him the big bucks for nothing.
Mark Boucher, twice voted the world's best hedge fund manager. I actually talked to him once.
John Hussman, Hussman Funds. Looks to the big picture. His fund is positive amidst the dreck.
Bill Cara. Experienced, honest commentary for the Cara Community.
The Minyanville Guys. Todd Harrison, Kevin Depew, and the Professors. Financial literacy.
Barry Ritholtz. The Big Picture, irreverent, bold, opinionated, no BS site.
Trader Mike. Technical commentary, readable and responsible.
The Kirk Report. Cripes, how did I forget that one?
Dave Landry. Technical commentary.
These aren't the only places I regularly visit, but ones I trust implicitly. You be your own judge.
No, I am not yet back to even...but I'm back to down just over 3 percent, which isn't so bad in this market.
Good trading and great risk management to all.
Educational use only. Never intended as investment advice.
Nobody's going to care about whom I view as trustworthy.
