So what's this buzz today? Citigroup has been declared "all out in free" with the government guaranteeing the gravy train. The gas gauge was empty, and we're gonna just smash it and turn the dial to full.

I'm not complaining, although my children (and yours) should be...and if you need some fingerpointing...well here's some.
